GRIP

Whenever Toby came home from a business trip or we came home from traveling, the question was always "what did you bring for grip?"  I don't remember how the name started, but we did bring home a lot of GRIP for ourselves from our week in Salt Lake. Things we missed or thought we couldn't live without.  But I was surprised at the grand prize (at least for me).  We have some wonderful memories and are struggling with sleep issues and thinking in Poruguese again, but we are glad to be back doing missionary work after our travels.

We received beautiful art work and school pictures to adorn our
grand kids wall that is above our computer.

We brought Hot Tamales for the Elders, my favorite dark chocolate and I
even took 30 minutes at my sister, Valerie's house, to make
two new pillow cases.  Yep, I did make it into a fabric store by accident!

But my FAVORITE thing I brought home was a rubber guard for
the hole in my sink.  I always wash thing under the faucet and know they are never, ever
really clean.  But tonight I had a sink full of water and had cleaner dishes.  Who would
have known?
