I was scheduled to arise at 3:30 this morning to take the Nampula elders to the bus station to start their 11 hour trip. They were to call me when they were ready to leave. Instead, I woke at 4:14 wondering why I hadn't been called. I stumbled to their room to be told that their "alarm hadnt gone off"--I did not utter the term "idiot kids" out loud. They dressed and I drove them to the station to buy tickets for the next bus--many hours later. As we arrived, their original bus exited in front of us. We raced ahead--it stopped, they got on with no problem--and having gotten much more sleep and avoided a long wait. The picture below is of the entire zone group on our porch. I am impressed by so very many of them.
